The Australian Adventure

Here are some pictures that I took on my trip to Australia from Dunedin. The places I am going to cover in this post are Oamaru, Christchurch, Gold Coast and Brisbane. :) I had heaps of fun there and I'm delighted to share these pictures with everyone. :)

The bus then headed straight to Christchurch after the half an hour break in Oamaru. Since I arrived early at the airport, I decided to explore the place before heading off to Gold Coast. :)

 After the long wait at Christchurch airport, I finally boarded the place to Gold Coast. I absolutely fell in love with this place. Here are some pictures I took while I was there.

 We then took the Airtrain headed for Brisbane.

 Since I was already in Australia, I thought that it would be a waste if I didn't see a koala or a kangaroo so I decided to head to the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary. I was mesmerized by this place and it was definitely a right choice to visit this place...

You get what I meant when I say this place was absolutely breath-taking...

I like the fact that this koala is sleeping with a big smile on its face... :)

This was an active koala. Apparently koalas spend about 20 hours a day sleeping.... Hmmm... Maybe I should be a koala.. :)

A lizard decided to casually walk in front of me and scared the guts out of me... Hmmmm..

Tasmanian devil... It was a very active one indeed.

This is only a section of my trip as I could not find time to edit the other pictures... I'll upload them as soon as I can. Till then, I hope everyone liked the photos. :)
